お肉の定食

豚の角煮：1,800円

お醤油の代わりにウスターソースで豚の角煮風にしました。しっとりやわらかく煮た豚肉にウスターソースたれを絡めて味付けしています。箸でほろほろと崩れそうなくらいにやわらかく煮込んでいます。甘辛いタレでお野菜も一緒に召し上がってください。

POINT：ソースに入っている香辛料が豚の臭みを抑え食べやすくしています。もっと肉の臭みを消したい方は桶底ソースを追いソースとして掛けてください。辛みのアクセントにもなります。

Meat set meal

Braised Pork with Worcestershire Sauce: ¥1,800

Our take on Japanese-style braised pork, using Worcestershire sauce instead of soy sauce. The pork is slowly simmered until tender enough to fall apart with chopsticks, then coated in a rich, sweet and savory Worcestershire sauce glaze. Enjoy it together with the vegetables, which soak up the flavorful sauce.

POINT:The spices in our Worcestershire sauce help mellow the richness and aroma of the pork, making the dish especially easy to enjoy. For an extra kick and a deeper, spicier flavor, add some of our Okezoko Sauce (our concentrated barrel-bottom sauce) as a finishing sauce.

お魚の定食

鯖の味噌ソース煮：1,800円

鯖の味噌ソース煮と相性の良いお野菜をたくさん一緒にお召し上がりいただきます。味噌だけでは味わえないうま味と青魚の臭みをマスキング。ほんのりスパイスで食欲も増進。

POINT：鯖の味噌煮にベジフルソースを使います。ベジフルソースの野菜と果物感がよりさっぱり召し上がっていただけます。カレースパイスやベジフルソースを足して味の変化もお楽しみいただけます。

Simmered Mackerel in Miso and Vegefruit Sauce : ¥1,800

Tender mackerel is gently simmered in a savory blend of miso and our signature Vegefruit Sauce and served with a generous selection of seasonal vegetables. The Vegefruit Sauce enhances the depth of the miso with layers of vegetable, fruit, and spice flavors while helping to mellow the characteristic aroma of oily fish. A subtle touch of spices adds warmth and stimulates the appetite.

POINT:Our signature Vegefruit Sauce is blended into the miso sauce, creating a lighter, more refreshing finish with the natural sweetness and acidity of vegetables and fruits. You can also customize the flavor at the table by adding our curry spice sauce for a different taste experience.
